Yvonne A. Jones is an Online Marketing Strategist and Small Business Mentor who works with local businesses to increase their visibility online and get their message to a larger audience. She discovered that many small business owners and entrepreneurs spent a lot of time and money attracting new business while losing existing customers because they did not have a system in place to nurture the relationship.
So she developed a Customer Relationship Marketing Program designed to bridge the gap between customer attraction and retention so small business owners could stop chasing new customers, and spend more time doing what they love to do.
