About the Expert: Dave Christadore
Dave Christadore is a real estate and energy entrepreneur with DC Solutions. He is originally from the Bay Area and graduated from Chico State University with a degree in Marketing.
After college in 2005, he started work as a mortgage broker. While he was working in the real estate world, Dave was introduced to a book which would change his life, Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. It taught him how to put his money to work for himself so he doesn’t have to work so hard for it.
After wearing many different hats and trying numerous entrepreneurial endeavors which failed, Dave discovered real estate investing through mortgage notes. What started out as a very niche strategy became the model for Dave and his investment team.
Very soon after, Dave co-founded an educational webinar series, the NotePeer2Peer Mastermind. Through that, he shows his students some of the best investments to make for long term positive cash flow, and getting closer to financial independence, so they can live the life they desire!
